Monthly Meetings

Meetings are normally held at the Postal Annex of the Saratoga Federated Church. However, occasionally we meet elsewhere at either a commercial or member's shop. We meet at 7:00pm, the fourth Tuesday of every month. Guests are always welcomed.
Each meeting consists of a presentation of a unique topic, followed by a short break for snacks and conversation, and then a showing of on-going or recently finished projects. To aid in the preparation of the newsletter, a Show-and-Tell form is filled out giving a brief description of the shown project. Our focus is to be creative, exchange ideas and techniques, and  solve one another's problems. The program can be presented by a member or outside presenter.  Members choose a specific month for their presentation at the start of the year.

Interested in Joining?

If you are interested in joining our club, plan to attend two meetings and bring a Show-and-Tell that is representative of your work. At the second meeting, you may join, pay the dues and become a member. Check the home page for meeting location, and bring a Show-and-Tell.

Church Projects

Normally, every year the club makes a project for the church. The projects have ranged from restoration of windows to new furniture.

Holiday Pot Luck Dinner

Sometime during December, the club hosts a pot luck dinner in the church's social hall. The Club provides the main course, and the remaining food is provided by the members. There is a ladies gift exchange of member-made items. Members are encouraged to bring past-year projects for a show-and-tell. This is an opportunity for spouses and significant others to see members' projects.
